Lost my looks

My girlfriend and I had a big fight this afteroon becuse of my illness she told me I was losing my toned body and my looks were changing.I know I should dump her asap but am I??? I know everybody can’t see my total frame but does my face look sick and gaunt??? I know I sound of low self esteem but been fighting disease for 2 years and has really altered my life now is it altering my looks?? I don’t even know know if this is a proper? To ask here just wondering what do you think???

If she’s in Australia, according to you, 8 hours ago, then why worry what she thinks you look like? Tell her your cam is distorting your image.
