Lost Mojo, Lost Happiness

For the past two years I have become very depressed. I have lost my mojo! Prior to this, I was the most active, fun, accomplished, driven person. Now, I am rarely happy like I used to be and never have a lot of things going on in my life. Its so weird how my life has turned upside down like this. I have lost most of my friends too. I need advice on how to get back to who I truly am! Any advice? I am already seeing a therapist about the depression, but other tips would be great. Thanks! :)

If you feel the urge to sit around and cry your eyes out during the day,think about how this will affect your future,you don’t want to be a single guy living in a one bedroom messed up apartment never going anywhere cause of it,when you feel the urge to do that have someone near you force you to get up and do something outside the house or your area. Go to a recreation center and see if they want any volunteer’s,if they do,go for it and keep at it until they no longer need one. I’ve been through it many times,I usually let my music and girlfriend and family get me out of it,it truly sucks being depressed 24/7.

Maybe you have lost the sense of ‘who you are’ and need to reconnect with your basic values.
