What was wrong with my frog?

My white tree frog recently passed away the only symptom he had was discoloration on his stomach. I was wondering if any one could give me any hints as to what could cause this?

well, it depends on the enviroment that the frogs live in weather its to hot to cold , to wet to dry all that depends when you have a pet that lives out of it natural habtit .
