I need to loose w9 before I got to the doctors on the 28th of this month I bike everywhere and go dance every wednesday I also eat quite healthy but does anyone no any little tricks or any thing to speed up my mytabalism or w.e its called or to get my lossin 18 qiucker please help
I think the special k challenge should take about 3 weeks to loose 18 I think

Try to cut down on what you eat I did that and lost 3 pounds. I started eating 3 lowfat yogurts a day.. A curves bar for a snack the strawberry kind they are real good. Dance a little more than wednesday try to do it once each day. This should be a little assistance to you.
