Losing weight before new years...

I am going to a hockey tournament on New Years. I have been losing weight, but I need to look good in a bikini by then. I have lost 9 lbs so far, and have about 35 more to go until I reach a healthy weight. But here’s the problem-it is becoming difficult to lose even 1 pound every 2 weeks because I was so active before. I know that 140 is healthy for me because that is what my doctor said. Do you have any tricks that can help me maximize weight loss?

best way for me personaly to lose weight its to eat less and healthy and be active.Do walking are joging on the place that always helps me
