Go on a liquid diet the week before. It’s not permanant weight lose but it’ll help you fit into your dress.
I think you should work out..if you never work out then your first week or so of working out you will probably see a dramatic change in weight, id guess about a 5 pound difference im really not sure I just know the first week of working out will have a much bigger result than the weeks to follow. now going from a 15 to 9-11, im really not sure how realistic that is but my suggestion is just to work out.. and if you dont eat healthy then diet, but dont starve urself..
