Losing that weight

I’m 13 and slightly overweight. I have no sense of style of what so ever :c Which in fact is really bad. The thing that sticks out the most is my butt and my man boobs D: Some guys calls me a girl cause I have man boobs And It gets really annoying I don’t want to bring my mom and dad and have started exercising in my room on some days. Any way to lose weight in my room?

What do you guys recommend to wear to not make me look as big? lmao

Well, I’m not a boy, but I can tell you that some girl like big boys. If you’re in your room you could do sit ups, push up, swats, donkey kicks, leg lifts, and stand up with to coke bottles filled wth sand and lift them for one minute. Take a break. Do three times a week. Drink lots of water and don’t eat a lot of red meat. Strech before you doing, it make the exercises easier and you burn more calories. You eat bigger portions of food in the morning and eat lesser as the day goes. Example: eggs,becon,toast for breakfast (no bread after breakfast) salad with fruit for lunch, chicken sandwich for dinner. First before all this stuff above don’t care about the other people and wath they think. If you want me to help you with your style mail me. I’m only 13 too, but I learn the hard way. Whatever you do don’t take pills and don’t starve yourself. Starving makes you fatter because your body eats itself to survive. for the exercises try to do a least one more than you can do each week, and I promise you will see so improvement.
