How can I lose weight?

im a 14 year old boy who weighs 155 pds. I do push ups but I always run out of breath.y is this.also when im running.how do I stop this.I havnt been eating a lot either but that didnt make a difference.what should I do.please help me.my goal is 120 pds in 1 month

35lb in 1 mth is a big number and very hard to do. you’re not eating much, are worried about your weight and excercise too much. from what you said it sounds like you may have a problem. I’m here if you need to talk.

I really think losing 30 pounds in one month, is a lot of work, and can potentially be dangerous, but if you set your mind to it, it can happen, what I would suggest for you is that you go ahead and make shure that you drink a lot of water, stay away from junk, and eat consistent healthy meals, work out daily, and even before you eat, and you shuld be JUST FINE. good luck :]

Well first of all not eating can cause your body to fail, in essence EAT something. Eat breakfast, small snacks/meals, and eat all natural foods. Organics if possible, read ingredient labels and do not eat foods with preservatives, artificial anything, oh and drink plenty of water. Keep regular movement in your daily routine.
