Lose weight healthily?

So im about to turn 16 and im a big time surfer and athlete, so im already in shape. I weigh 170ish and im 5’8 (guy btw) but I also take weight room class in my high school, but I still got a gut. so whast a healthy way to lose it, because throwing up bothers me? I miss my abs and bathingsuit season is coming up hah and sit ups and crunches are not working. and what about taking some sort of protein shake and doing a lot of sits up before or after along with dieting?

Drink plenty of water..dont eat after 8 at night..do lots of cardio,I.e running swimming..hang a poster of a hot girl up on your wall and listin to music to get motivated-motivation is the key..dont eat fried food go for grilled and no carbs unless needed for weight training..if you feel yourself maybe getting sick or not feeling right pull back the horses and take it easy
