How do I lose this weight?

i tried a diet and i did 100 situps 4 a week every day..and i gained weight! wat should id o to lose like 10 lbs..?

maybe you should try keeping track of the calories you take in. then burn the calories..

Example : Trampoline workout : burns 600 calories an hour..

you can look up more things to do like that . but you do have to stick to a diet.

Doing sit-ups is a quick way to get stronger abdominal muscles. Best way to lose weight is to do aerobics. Running on the spot is great too you will get quick results doing this. If a boxer is too heavy to meet the weight requirements for his fight then he will speed-skip with a skipping rope to burn of the fat - very fast results this way!

did you gain weight on the scale or on inches around the waist? if its on the scale then maybe you gained musle weight.

You can’t just do sit ups that won’t be effective in burning fat. You have to get at least 30 minutes a day of cardio, 3-4 days a week. Also, watch your portion sizes, try to eat 6 small meals a day- with healthy snacks in between.

In order to lose the weight you have to work your whole body, not just your abs. Trust me, I made up a program similar to this one after loads of research, and after a few weeks I’m already seeing excellent results! :)
