Losing weight after having a baby?

This one is for the mums!! I’ve just had my little boy, I want to lose a little bit of weight across my belly which is the only place I gained, how should I go about this as I dont really have the time of day!!

well if you like excercise then stairs is great run up and down them it burns a lot of calories belly fat can be can be lost by smaller portions or just drinking water nothing else 2 drink dont eat sweets have a sasuma only 30 calories!!! good luck xxx

Breastfeeding is the first thing that will help. It burns 500 extra calories a day. When your little guy becomes mobile, you will get a natural workout every day. When my kiddo was around a month and a half, I took her for a walk twice a day. I lost all my weight in about a year.
