how does a teenager loose weight. I mean I have tried everything and nothing seems to be working.

your 13 your still goin through puberty don’t worrie your not fat your body is just maturing so your getting bigger hips and boobs and a butt it’s a fact of life

I no that . . . and I am pretty active I mean I play basket ball 3 times a week and gymnastics once . but I have a chubby stomach that doesn’t seem to go away and I have theese pills that just make cravings worse !

omg theshortygrl you r frickin anrorixc but my my advice 2 you is 2 not starve your self just like eat healthy &7 at least your friends dont think your anorixc when your not cuase like im cunkey but I barly eat cuase im never hungey && my friends like say I am && then they like basiccally force me 2 eat && then my stomach herts cause im like really full I no there doin it cause they care but ong it annys me && my 1 friends is skinny I mean really skinny but she eats nothin but chips && mc donalds &7 junk food but she eats A LOT OF IT && my other friends eats like 3 breakfeast there lunchs three dinners && like 10 snacks a day && shes skinny its weird but idc im not anorixc

Hey!!! I’m new to this website thing! && me since we were out for out of school for 2 weeks over here in the USA…I hardly ate anything… My mother was trippin…&& I cared less wut she said because I felt fat to myself and I think I did loose a few pounds…I weighed like 98 pounds…and im trying to get to atleast 72 pounds yeah I know sounds weird but so true…because I still feel fat…Most people think im trying to become anorexic but I most currently am not…bUt any who I just ate one meal a day but I so did not like eating so I just sticked my finger in my mouth and would throw it up…[[without my mother finding out]]…Well ok my advice to you is you could try becoming Vegetarian.Way less calories!!! Well if you want to find out more abt me add me as a friend on this website thing…or myspace…or bebo…and im 13 years old!!!

first off, DONT GO DIETING!! diets DO NOT work! they may help you lose weight, but after your diet, you will simply gain it all back!! the most important thing is to drink at least eight 6 oz glasses of water a day!! also, make sure you eat breakfast! many teens today dont “have time” to eat breakfast. but what they do not know, is that your body needs nutrition after waking up, and the more you put it off, the more fat it will take out of your later meals. other than that, make sure to get excersize (maybe walk or run 4 days a week, 20 minutes a day) and eat right! cut out crap foods, and I can guaruntee you will see results in the next few weeks!
