How can I lose weight?
I am 40 years old have 2 sons and weight more than I did fully pregnant with both of my sons. I was a size 6 last year and after a car accident I am a size 12. Please I cry over this everyday I walk on the tread mill an hour everyday I just can’t keep away from the food. How do I loose weight and quick I don’t know how much longer I can live with being this big…
Hello from Alaska! I am a mother of two as well, I gained weight due to late hours studying as I went back to earn my degree after a ten year sabbtacle (SP?), too much coffee, and too little movement and sleep.
The body is incredible it has the ability to heal, regenerate, and maintain optimal movement and wellbeing. Listen to your body. I and my children receive regular chiropractic care (I lucked out my chiropractor is about a lifestyle not temporary pain relief), we give our thanks to the powers that be everyday, and we eat a primarily organic diet. (We are NOT saints though:) We still eat sinfully on occasion, but heres the beauty, the food doea not taste as good as it used to. We order out for our organic veggies and fruits,( they really are not that eapensive) I realized that I used the excise of not eating good for too long, it really isn’t even comparble to junk food when I look at how little we are sick, and how great we feel.

I put on weight during pregnancy and have never shifted it all and its been 23 years since my son was born. BUT healthy eating along with exercise is the only way. I see that you do exercise so therefore you must try to eat healthy and reduce you intake of unhealthy foods. You are the one incontrol of what goes into your mouth. You do not want to lose weight too qucikly as the quicker you loose it the easier it is to put back on. Aim to lose 1 to 2 lbs a week and still give yourself a treat every week. Keep at it and you will see results. Good luck.
