give everything and everyone a chance, get out of your shell you are a great and caring and beautiful person. listen to some personal inspirational podcasts from Zig Ziglar’s website, or get some of Anthony Robbins personal power and get the edge. I dont work for either, but they have a lot of GREAT advice.

straighten your back, chin up, smile, breathe well, make urself feel friendly and outgoing, smile and the world will smile back, dont back out of any opportunity. give everyone and everything a chance. be spontaneous and outgoing.

remember first change your posture, your breathing and your facial expression and the emotions will flow on in. you can learn to change your mood your attitude and your interpretation of your situation in an instance! Put on some good music. somthing you love and enjoy and that leads you to friendliness and fun!

in the end, what are you waiting for! GO OUT! have fun! treat each day like its the last! but with responsibility!
