Looking bad in makeup.

Am I the only girl that looks bad in make up? I got a proffesional to do my make up before, like eyeliner and mascara, and I looked terrible. I think I look better without any on.

Answer #1

My stepma would sometimes go out then come home and go straight up to the bathroom and scrub her face because of the professional make up artists putting makeup on for her at work. Honestly she did look ridiculous. But then she put her own make up on and she looked really pretty. I think it’s just a case of playing around with what looks good on you, what suits your style etc.

Answer #2

Of corse to not the ONLY person who looks bad without make up. if yout think you look better without then dont wear any, or just keep trying different types and ways. you’ll find something that mkaes ya look really good eventually. and if not. then why you freakin? your skin wont get gross after years of using make up.

Answer #3

No, when professionals do it on you sometimes it turns out bad. I had a makeup artist at Sephora apply eyeliner on me. I looked TERRIBLE!! Like a raccoon. It’s not you.

Then I did it on myself, and it turned out really pretty! Learn to do it on yourself really well!

Answer #4

I like my makeup better when I do it myself. I had my makeup professionally done one year for prom and I hated it, too. I think they use too much and you’re just not used to seeing yourself that way. If you think you look better without makeup, you’re lucky. Just don’t wear any!!

Answer #5

well don’t wear any make-up but it also depends how much you put on, and not everyone looks good in make-up & not everybody needs it, your probably already pretty =].

Answer #6

everyone looks good with make up its finding what looks best on you, some tips.. if you have a small face have your eyebrows shaped to a perfect arch to widen your eyes, get your eyebrws tinted to add more definition, untill you confident wear hardly any make up, find a foundation that suits your skin so you cant tell your wearing any, add a little mascara and a natural colour lip gloss, when you feel confident add light or subtle colours, e.g a bronze-lightbrown eyeshadow or a very light pink which looks very natural and pretty

Answer #7

so then don’t wear any
