How long do i have to leave the bleach kit stuffs in my hair ?

Yea, I would suggest getting your hair stripped first.

I can’t go anywhere & get it done, i can’t get it stripped. It’s too expensive for me, & my mom most likely won’t allow my to go to a hair salon for that.

If you dyed your hair jet black….its going to be impossible to dye your hair bleach blonde today. Your hair is going to be bright orange and uneven. You need to go to a salon because the dye in your hair needs to be stripped out and its not an easy process, if you do it wrong at home you will fry your hair and it will fall out. Black is the hardest color to get out of your hair and it usually takes several stripping treatments and toners to get it out enough to dye your hair blonde.

orrrrr if it isnt naturally black keep washing the colour out for about a month or two with ‘purple shampoo’ i suggest ‘toni and guys’ i used it its great. Then try dying it after :) lol team work!

and do not forget toners! which you can get from sallys aswel

Then you should leave your hair alone. Ive gone from black to bleach blonde several times and the ONLY way it works is to get the dye stripped out of your hair and then apply a toner to lighten it more, then you can bleach it. There is no other way…if you try to leave the bleach in longer you will just end up bald.

Hey, I’m a hairdresser, if you cant go to a salon etc then the best hair stuff to use would be XXL and just choose the colour you want your hair, there really cheap, about £3.00 in the UK. You leave it on your hair for 40 minutes maximum!

BUT if you aren’t going to use this hair kit then NEVER leave bleach on for more than 40 minutes, it will literally kill your hair! My friend, back when we were at school had to cut all her hair off and let it all grow again, because she damaged her hair so much, she was wearing a wig for a while! I’m not saying don’t do it, I’m just saying 40 minutes maximum and if your just dying roots then 20 minutes will do fine.
