How long until you can use your inhaler after puffs ?

U r supposed to wait 4 hrs in between puffs, take 2 puffs wait 4 hrs

Ohh,Well it’s like my second time using it since the doctor gave it to me.like that was a couple days ago.Im learning how to use it still lol so i mess up alot.I have to use two fingers to press down.

Most Dr. prescribe a maximum of 2 puffs every 4 - 6 hours (though it differs per Dr/person). I would highly suggest you go to the pharmacy and get a Aero Chamber to use with your inhaler, it makes using it far easier and helps to insure you get the medicene properly.

my inhaler says wait 6-7 hours until you take another does. i usually take 2 puffs; a mintue in-between each.

One I had for asthma was 2 puffs per dose, 4hrs apart, no more than 4 dose per 24hr period. Your supposed to exhale completely, and as your are inhaling squeeze 2 puffs into your moth and keep inhaling - then hold your breath for as long as possible. Then just deal with the nasty taste of albuterol in the back of your throat for the next several hours. I didn’t have to use mine often, but I would always use it preventatively before long runs in gym class

As there are many types of inhaled meds, you need to ask your MD of pharmacist for exact dosage.
