What kind of hormones?
Typically a 4-8 week cycle is how long you should take any type of cycle of hormones, then take 4-8 weeks off. It should also say on the bottle itself or ask your doctor for the period you should take them for.
Ah, it's hard to tell with those. It can be anywhere from several weeks to a few years of prescription. It's usually only for a while until the female adjusts to Menopause, or at least that's what I've just read up.
They are for menopause. I just don't wanna take them for to long
