the best thing that you can do is to keep your hair trimmed off. not alot taken off just the split ends. try Mane n Tail it is a shampoo for horse mains but it works wanders generally all chemicals do is more harm than good but this is a pretty good one. as for eggs and avacados they both work but tend to leave your hair pretty greasy and oily looking

Take vitamins. There are lots of products out there that promote natural hair regrowth like Reloxe. I used it and my hair was grown fast!
