Which one of these logos is the most appealing to you (photo link)?

I had to design a few initial logo’s for my multimedia class and these are some I came up with. Which of these do you think you will remember best? (The logo’s are meant to be designed for “my” graphic designing company). I uploaded the picture into my photos as it wouldn’t display as an attatchment.
