Living on the minimums

If you were to live on the basics like and you had too fit it all in one backpack what would you take?

Answer #1

Well, toilet paper, water, food, clothing, and makeup. Yes, I can’t go anywhere without my makeup lol. Definitely toothpaste and a toothbrush. I can’t stand nasty teeth! I’d also take expensive jewelery to sell if I run out of money. And I’d pack my hair straightener and blowdryer. Seriously, I’m very crazy about those things^^^ I’d need a huge backpack.

Answer #2

Suitcase, with wheels.

Toilet Paper, Food, Drinks, Money, Clothing, Higeine items, Satelite phone, IPod with LOOOTS of songs and pictures and videos.

Answer #3

If you’re talking about surviving in the wilderness with your backpack, taking personal hygiene items is a waste of space. Things like soap, a toothbrush, and even toothpaste can be made from things you find in nature. If you’re going to take something to brush your teeth with, take baking soda or salt, since those can be used for other things as well. Electronics and luxury items are out of the question.

You want a first aid kit, water purification tablets, plenty of wire and/or rope, Swiss army knife, some fishing line, snares, and hooks, pins, a blanket, cooking tin, duct tape, and either a lighter or magnesium strips for starting fire. You may also want to take a guide book on recognizing animal tracks, and also on recognizing edible plants and berries.
