Liquid coming from nipple?

Well, back in August I noticed this clear liquid coming from one of my breasts. Since then its been doing it every couple of weeks. Then my sister just pointed out a wet spot on my night gown that was right where my nipple is. I went to my room, and I gently sqeezed my breast, and the liquid came out again. I really need some help with this because I’ve only heard that this happens when you’re pregnant. I’ve never had sex, so I don’t know whats wrong.

I’d highly recommend getting advice from a doctor, as unfortunately, medical advice can’t be dispensed in a public forum & it really sounds like you should call an advice nurse or similar.

Having something leaking from your breast is just not caused by pregnancy. Depending on your age it could be a result of hormones, or even a blocked duct . Sometimes you can have small cyst that have formed and has erupted. I agree with thedude, to ease your mind just get a medical opinion. Seems like this has been going on for a bit should having it checked. If your afraid bring someone with you.
