Old wives tales for scabby lips?

I get really bad lips and they get all dry quick and like scabby cause ibit them when im nervous… what good products help or like old wives tales help ???

One try working from the inside out. Try drinking lots and lots of fluilds, it could that your body it slights dehydrated for some reason. Along with keep you some chapstik or some type of lip balm around at all times , that should start to help. I really think fuilds are the key though, nothing like pop/soda more so water or jucies. chapstick and lipbalm are a big help. lipsmackers don’t really work because you like the taste and end up licking your lips. blistex really works. it sorta sting a bit at first, but it works really well. although the best remedie is to try to stop this habbit. hope this helps!

aqauphor, it’s to prevent scars.. but it’s like really strong vaseline. works well.
