ok, A)I don’t know how old you are, but it sounds like your rebelling…have fun with that lol!

B) your dad should no better that telling you you can’t do something, will ultimately lean towards you wanting to do it more.

C) how old are you? if your over 16, then say to your dad that you understand him not wanting you to get it done, but you have thought long and hard about it, and you realise that it will leave a whole (allbeit small) in your body for the rest of your life, and you’re prepared to live with that decision for the next 60 years.

D) whats your motive for getting it done? you’ve got on ok without it for this time (I’m one to talk, I have had 26 piercings in all xD )

it really depends on how old you are, if you’re under 16 then the people who pierce you are breaking the law without your parents consent and they can get in trouble, and if you’re over 16, as I say, just say to your dad “I’ve made a decsion, I would like you to respect that, and doing it with your consent would be preferable since you don’t want to argue. but when it comes down to it, you will do what you want to do, and I know this advise can be use for all areas of your life, but seriously, always think about your motives…

have fun, remember keep it clean with salty water daily until it heals (about 6 weeks) and have it done somewhere safe and clean!
