Lets see. . Cattle Horse Elephant Frog ( yes it’s true) Ostrich Stingray Shark emu Snake lizard kangaroo Eel Pig Deer Elk Buffalo Ox Sheep Rabbit Zebra Alligator Crocadile To name a few. Basically anything that has skin which can be tanned can be made into leather. In WW2 Hitler even had Human skin made into leather.
