Is learning how to play too many instruments a bad thing?

Right now I am currently learning the Drums, the guitar, and the piano.

no i learned different sports all at once really and it worked out fine

its not a bad thing. im currently learning the piano. the only thing u should so is learn an instrument one at a time because then you might get confused. good luck! xD

In general no. Skills learned on one instrument often transfer to another. Of course you can spread yourself too thin and not be able give each instrument the effort it deserves.

It’s not bad to know how to play multiple instruments. It means you could be considered for more bands if you would like, you can impress people more and over all have more talent. That’s like saying is it bad if I do well in all school subjects.

How many instruments is too many? Learning an instrument is never bad. Trying to learn three or four at the same time isn’t good. You should somewhat master one before you go to another or confusion is very likely.
