lazy 15yr girl, LOL

I know this is going to sound slack, but I do 5 push-ups and 20 situps fast every morning before school, because I can’t manage anymore and I’m no fitness freak.

Does anyone think this will improve anything, like 2% at all, maybe if I keep doing it for a year? haha, or should I move it up a notch and do more?

Answer #1

I agree with jaz ^^. wake up a little earlier and do maybe 10pushups and 30 situps. everyday add a little more on. like 5 more or 2. eventhough in 14 year old guy coming on 15 I do between 75 and 100 situps in the morning and evening everyday and 30 pushups, try and find something that’ll motivate you, for example maybe a type of music you like? play it while your doing your situps and pushups. my motivation is music and to impress the girls with my up and coming 6pack. soon you’ll notice some changes. :)

if you did it for a year it would help a teeny tiny bit to strengthen your arms and stomatch but because your not doing much at all, you not going to get any noticable results if you want to loose weight (of course see a doctor first to get your bmi, body mass index calculated) or tone up then you need to put in the effort because if your not willing to put in the effort and hard work your not going to see any permanent or noticable results

Answer #3

Yes it will help. If you do it every day, you will find it quits being hard after a while, and you can increase it at that point if you want to.

The key to fitness is to move slowly but diligently in the right direction. The people who do that are the ones who stick with it. People who try to start off with too much end up quitting.
