What to do on the last day with my friend?

My best friend is moving to Argentina, and her last day is a week from Friday, so we are both skipping school and hanging out together! (our parents know this!) So I was wondering what some fun things to do are??? Its her last day in America and my last day with her, so we want to do something really fun!! We have the whole day, but we are both 14. Any suggestions???

Brrr…a waterpark would be freezing here right now. It might be fun to do things that people normally do when they are growing up so you can have all those memories. Like go bowling for a little while, then go to a skate plex for a while, maybe go to a galleria mall and go ice skating. While you are at the mall, separate for about 30 minutes and each of you go buy a small gift for each other to remember each other by. Then go to the food court, get some food, and exchange your gifts.

It might be fun to work on a scrapbook with things that you two have done together, pictures, programs, etc. When you are done, take turns mailing the scrapbook bath and forth to each other so you can take turns having it. It also keeps you in communication with each other. When each of you has it in your possession add something new to it that you have done so when you mail it back they have something new to look at.(Think of it as a sisterhood of the traveling scrapbook kind of thing) :)

I hope you have a great day…and don’t forget all the technology that will keep you close. Email, IM, texts, webcams…you can still stay close even if you are far apart.

While you are apart you can make plans to go to the same college if you want. Go online at the same time and look up colleges and figure out where you want to go, figure out prices, things you want to major in, and classes you’ll need. It will be a fun bonding experience, and give you something to look forward to…It’s only around 3.5 to 4 years away. It will go by faster than you think.

Also, make plans to each visit each other once a year. Thats two visits…one to go to her, and one for her to come to you. Every 6 months you will get to visit. Just think you’ll always have an exotic sounding place to visit and come back tell your other friends about. Who else really gets to do that? Not many.

Good luck.

Don’t go to the movies. You wont be able to talk to each other. I think going out to eat and maybe like a video game place or a beauty salon to get all prettied up.

Answer #3

Amusement park or water park if there is one.

Race track (if they have one) with larger cars…I’m sure your friend might know what’s not available in Buenos Aires or where she’s headed to that’s in your town. That’s probably a good place to start.

Have a fun day off.

broadwaystar, I think everyone has mentioned some really good ideas. I just wanted to say I think you should make her a scrap book so she can keep it with her when she goes. And she will have something to look at when shes thinking of you. Put pictures in it, poems, song lyrics and stuff that make you think of her. I think its a really good idea. -ѕтәpн♥

Just do what you both love to do - why not first of all you both write down 5 things you both want to do together and plan them with your day. Tick it off as you do it.

Things could include: Going for a slice at the pizza Ice skating Watching dvds with a chinese or whatever food you both like Going down to a beach somewhere and spend the day together Shopping at the local mall Chilling out in bedrooms going crazy like singing on the bed into your hairbrush Go to the cinema Take pictures of everything you do - or even better make an album of all the pictures you have taken in the past
