lapton screen problems?
there is a gray box at the bottom of my screen on my Acer laptop and it wont go away and I can’t see the start up menu ,what could be wrong with it
Your Acer is junk. Maybe take it to a Best Buy and see if they can service it. It’s probably something to do with any settings you’ve recently played around with.
Well, sometimes Windows has a little “twitch” here and then. Helpful hint; if you want to pull up the start menu, hit the Windows Icon on your keyboard; it’s usually between Ctrl and Alt on the lower left. If restarting it doesn’t work, try a system restore to an earlier point. If that doesn’t work, check to make sure all the display properties are all right. If that doesn’t work, then you might need to take it in for service. For all you know, it could be a massive chunk of dead pixels.
