yup, I heard the same thing, if you walk, like take long walks often, it hurts WAY less. also, if you want drugs, like to numb the pain some, it doesn’t hurt as much as natural labor(birth with no drugs), however, the drugs aren’t good 4 the baby, I’m not sure why…
It all depends on you.how much you do or can do during pregnancy.I have been told that the more you do, the easier it is.
