What Have i done to my knee?
last night i stepped over somthing and must of landed awquardly on my foot because my knee hurt straight after, its really painful and i cant walk ive been gettin pains in my tighs and lower legs like shooting pains from my knee. but there was no sweeling ? could i have torn a ligerment or somthing helpp ?!?! xxxx THANK YOUUU
It snds like u pulled a ligement, stay off ur feet when possible, put ice, and call ur doc, it needs an ace bandage as well and will take about 6 to 8 wks to heal
