What Is Klienfelter?

Klienfelters is a disorder of the sex chromosomes of males. A normal male has an X and Y (female is ofcourse XX) but a male with klienfelters is XXY. It gives more feminine characteristics and affected males are generally infertile. A similar disorder affecting women in turners, where there is only one X chromosome.
