kitty cats

okay so my friends cat just gave birth to 4 kittens, 2 died, she’s keeping 1, and giving me the other. in a few weeks once its able to be away from its mother im going to have it. but I have no experience with cats and I dont know how to take care of it.

you should not get the kitten until it is 8 weeks old, getting it tested for feline aids and feline leuk is very important. See a vet for the kittens first health check up and vaccines right away, Cats can get horriable Upper Resptiory Infections and die from them. Also you will want to get her spayed at six months of age. Please keep in mind it takes money to have a pet and allow them the chance to have a long happy, healthy life. Make sure you can do all of this. Rabies vaccine is a law.
