This question a verb!

I’ll guess you are searching for a medicine that will cure or soothe itching on your skin. Or do you have an itching and you think it’s the side-effect of a medicine you took and you ask for a medicine that caused the itching?

Fine, assuming meaning 1: depends on where the itching comes from.

If your skin itches because it’s dry or because you’re allergic, changing your soap/shower gel to something with more moisture or something without perfume might already do the job. Or maybe changing your diet and avoiding sensitizing foods.

If you have a skin mycosis you will probably need to see a doctor. But you can try treating a lesser mycosis with lavender oil or sage (salvia) extract.

If you have neurodermatitis or psoriasis (both are auto-immune illnesses similar to allergies) you will need cortisone ointment.

If you were bitten by bugs, any medicine with cooling effect (i.e includes alcohol or menthol) is good.

If neither of the above applies and you dont know the cause of the itching: You should see a doctor. Some diseases (for example malfunction of the liver) will cause skin itching, because your skin can secrete poisonous substances that your liver failed to filter out of your bloodstream through sweat. This often causes itching.

OKay, Sounds like some kind of allergic reaction. You can, of course, use gel to calm the itching, but I’d rather try to find out where it comes from. So you might be able to get rid of it permanently.

If it’s not an allergy, it may also be, that you sweat at night and that salt or another dried secrete cause the itching. If so, a lighter blanket might help.

Ever talked to a doctor about the problem?

If it’s an allergy, then you need to know what substance causes it. Typical suspects are: Perfumes or preservative agents in any substance that gets in touch with your skin, house-dust mites, sensitizing foods.

I’d try… … check wether there’s anything in your diet that micht cause it. … opening your window every evening and shake the blanket & pillow in fresh air. If you have a woolen/down bed, you might want to try using a different blanket. …changing the detergent that you use to wash your bedcloth? … using different shower gel or a different lotion? Pick perfume-free ones without preservative agents.
If the tap water in your town chlorinated, check wether you have similar problems after visiting public swimming pools.
