what kind of food is healthier between this two a fast food burger king combo or chinese food?

ilove both but i dont know what is healthier

Answer #1

Fast food is almost never healthy. It depends on what Chinese food you are eating…some of it is healthy, some of it’s not.

Answer #2

It depends on how the food is made. I find Chinese food less oily and salty, plus I have the option of asking for fish and rice, which is healthier than white bread and processed meat. Also the chips that you buy from burger king will be fried in oil and that definitely isn’t healthier.

So my vedict: Go for the Chinese.

Answer #3

I agree.

Answer #4

i second that…if you ask for steamed rice rather then fried rice it is already much healthier then french fries (no grease there!) what ever it is you get as you main dish have it steamed as well, no fried stuff with a ton of oil based sauces…like if you are going to get any seafood(not my thing but you may adore it…) get it steamed with the brown sauce on the side.(just pour a dab of it on rather then have it drenched in brown sauce!) if you like mixed vegi’s you can ask them to steam that as well and ask for the brown sauce on the side as well…(same reason!)

hope that helps!

Answer #5

As everybody has said, it really veries on the exact place you are buying it from. I have ordered Chinese before only to have it come back dripping in fat… yuck. I have also watched my sister eat a burger that looked very nice (fresh, crisp lettuce and tomato, nice cheese and a nice looking pattie). Chips are never good for you unless you do them yourself at home. Also coke isn’t good for you either. So whatever option you choose, steer away from the chips and coke. Opt for a salad and juice or water if you can choose.
