A family friend works as a child disability worker. Everyday they take a group of disabled kids out to the movies, to the beach, mall, football games etc. It's REALLY good pay, and your doing leisurely things, the only bad side is having to clean their diapers :S
No job in nursing is "easy". You have to deal with a lot of things that can be quite emotionally challenging. However, if you're looking to get paid for being as useless as possible, try becoming a nurse for a school - you get to deal with lots of "boo boos".
