Can you get pregnant with an irregular period?

it depends on why your periods are irregular, it could be due to Hormonal Imbalance/POCS/POF.

My periods have suddenly become irregular since last year and I have been trying to get pregnant for the past 8mths but without any success so it all depends on what the underlying problem is which is resulting in you having the irregularity in your periods. Unforunately I dont know what the reason behind my irregular period is I’ve had blood tests and an ultrasound and everything seems to be fine.

I hope recommend that you go and see your GP straightaway without any delay and he/she can arrange for blood tests/ultrasound to be done.

I have irregular periods and I have been trying to have a baby for 7 months … I’m thinking it might be something bad but it could just be the I don’t know when I ovulate … :(

Yes.you may be pregnant if you have irregular periods. I had that problem before fortunatly I wasn’t due to the time I was merely 16 at the time.but anyway you might think you are but chances are its sorta hard if you are irregular but there is a possibility so use condoms or any 2 methods to avoid pregnancy.
