I’m sure every spa has slightly different ways to do things, but they are generally the same. When I went for a hot stone massage, I was given time in a room (door closed and all) to take my clothes off and wear a special robe/towel. You keep your underwear on, but not your bra.

Then the masseuse (usually a woman for female clients, and a man for male clients) knocks on the door and then asks you to get on the table, lying face down. She’ll remove the towel over your back so that she can massage you, but since that you’re wearing your underwear and you’re lying on your breasts, she doesn’t see anything.

You can tell her to be a bit more gentle or go a bit more harder, it’s fine. For me, I liked her massaging me deep into my muscles, so I was quiet and didn’t make a sound, and she had to ask me if she was doing it too rough or not lol..

So yeah, just relax, remember, you’re paying them to do it, so it’s okay if you tell them that they’re doing it too rough or if a certain move is hurting you. However, some of these moves are to loosen your muscles and make it better in the long run, so you should tolerate some of it, but do say something if you think that you’re genuinely getting very hurt.

they shouldn’t. just tell them your very sensitive and to go a little easy on you. and I never been to a spa so I don’t know if you’ll be naked, but I’d expect you would.
