Just curious

Dont block thsi question. Im just curious about hwo the body works. If someone did not eat anything at all, their metabolism supposedly slows down and they don’t lose any weight. If that is the case, why are people who don’t eat so skinny? I hope I do not offend anyone with this question, I am jw.

I am thirty five pounds under weight I eat when I am reminded to. you need to eat..that is all I can say.. and by the sound of it
you sound as though you have a slight
psychological eating disorder.. if you are really that worried.. eat a nice hearty breakfast in the morning…instead of returning the video you rented last night in your car.return it on foot..exercise constantly.. and carry some sort of seeds or nuts high in protein and fiber they will level any hunger.try and eat something around lunch time do not eat two or three hours before bed… do not eat untill your body says “EAT” and never eat more food than what you could compact into something the size of about your fist

there skinny because there unhealthy, and there body is usualy close to death if there skinny because they dont eat, then yes, theyll loose weight theyll also loose there metabolisim, there muscles, and there activness they become weak and sluggish there imune system doesnt work properly and if they were to catch a disease, are more likley to die from it…even just a common cold there body goes into starvation mode, doing everything it can to avoid loosing weight so it usually stops your period from happening and your body eats itself, it eats the fat to survive not eating isnt the answer to weight loss its one of the stupidest things a person could do its going to cause a lot more problems and self esteem issues a lot of kids and teens, even adults think its the way to go because of images they see like in the media, magazines, models and music videos these are people who rarely look like that in real life and are very often edited and photoshopped, which is what a lot of people dont understand but there is no way to stop everyone from doing it because a lot of people are stubborn, and dont care if it kills them, they want to be thin however, we can all still help people from eating disorders before its too late
