How to lose weight if I love food?

I'm on the chunky side. I want to loose weight and become skinnier before summer, so I have like 6 months. but the thing is I hate exercising. so what would be the best way to loose weigh in the next six months before the summer gets here. the only thing is, is that I'm absessed with food. I eat it when I'm bored or sad, or any other problem. so how can I stop eating junk food and drinking pop. I just want to get skinning before summer gets here. I would only apprechiate the answers that would be helpful but anything would be apprechiated.
