Jobs for a fourteen year old?

Not sure about getting a job at 14, but you can do odd jobs around the neighborhood to help out. You could wash neighbors cars, mow their lawns, offer to weed their gardens, walk dogs, pet sit when neighbors are on vacation.

I always thought the legal age to start working was 16..I couldnt work til I was 16..maybe thats just in california?

well if it is the same where I live when you are like 14 and 3months old you can work at like mc donalds,burger king,mostly all fast food restaurants

and bag the karts or get them for a parking lot like at grocery’s stories and k-mart ect

look around … there are tons of places you could work.. I worked 2 jobs at 14…and I am 15 now still working those two jobs. I am guessing you are looking at like places in the city?! Like restaurants, grocery stores, fast food? I work at a farm… and it is SOOO much fun!! I learn soo much and it is great! Try loooking more in the country and dont stop trying! NOT ALL jobs are full!! There is ALWAYS spots open!!
