Jobs for 14 yr olds are rare. I mean… most employers will want to hire adults. Most jobs for young people are badly paid and just for a couple of hours.

Me, I’d advise your friend to try and finish school with good grades as fast as possible. If he works really hard, he might get his exams done one year early. He can then get a real job.

Offer policing/removal or clearance of trash services to surrounding neighbors which involve trash pickup within nearby residential area. Limit the extent of pickup to small areas and be aware that there are no hazardous terrain or elements involved in this process. Again, a door-to-door solicitation of neighbors is in order. You can charge between $6.75 to $7.50 per hour.
