Where is Jeeves

My friends and I were talking today about ask.com and how it used 2 b askjeeves.com. I know that they made up this whole story about how he is on vacation, but we all decided that that was crap. this is kind of a silly question, but who agrees that the people from ask.com have done something to or with jeeves. wut are your theories?=)

lol, I actually liked ask jeeves, but im guessing to appeal to a more adult audience, and compete with sites like google, they had to update their image… you realize jeeves was a fictional character right?

of course, lol, but the thought of a computer character on a search engine being “take care of” or “sent on vacation” amuses me=)
