What if I'm jealous of my best friend?
I’m sure this is a common problem for teenagers- but I’m jealous of my best friend. shes gorgeous, pretty , skinny, has so many friends and plays sports. everyone loves her. she brags to me a lot about her and her boyfreind, and I cant take it anymore. I do still want to be her friend though..theirfore, I don’t know what to do.
Maybe you should try to do something without your best friend, like get a hobby so you can start hanging out with other people, instead of always being around her all the time! I had the same problem in high school, but when I joined the choir and she joined the drill team, problem solved! We both had seperate groups of friends and still made time to hang out with on the weekends, so we weren’t completely cut out of each other’s lives and I began to value her friendship more, but I still had my other friends that I was interested in too! You just need a little space!
