Japanese Penpal/Friend

Hey, so im really into the Japanese culture and the language. I think its really cool and interesting. Im trying to find a Japanese friend or soemthing along those lines.

Since im only 13… finding websites that connect you with people from places like japan is kinda hard. Especially since (as far as I know) Most japamese teens dont know how to read or and/or write english…

Anyone know were I can find a Japanese friend over the internet about my age?
