you DONT eat or take medicine when you have an ichy vagina first you need to find out WHY its ichy if youve had sex it may be an sti/std other than that it could be a yeast infection but no one here is a doctor so we CANT diagnose you or tell you what will make it better you need to go and see a doctor so he/she can find out whats wrong then tell you if theres anything you can take for it
