What does it mean when someone constantly has to scratch an itchy nose when they are speaking to you?

Everybody gets an itchy nose from time to time…if it’s continuous itching, then the person may have allergies.

Are you wearing too much perfume, perhaps? That’s often one of the most common ways to make a person’s allergy flare up.

it doesnt really mean anything its most likely that it just means they have an itchy nose and are stratching it while your talking to them
