Will eating eggs make your hair shiny?

is it true that if you eat eggs every morning your hair will grow and be pretty, shiny and healthy.

Answer #1

Mystery has the right idea - it’s all about general health

Using an eggwash in your hair, though, is a great treatment for shiny, healthy hair. Just make sure you rinse with lukewarm water, as scrambled egg is near impossible to get out of your hair.

Yes I do. Have been for over 10 years now. Was 206 lbs , now down to 180 and holding for several years now. I also walk while playing golf about twice a week. Note; I use the rice that Korean people use. Not that instant stuff. I have small rice cooker>
