All my friends are telling me that if you touch someone BellyButton that its considered rape?

no rape is technically when a man or woman forces another person to have sex or touches them in private areas without there permission touching someones bellybutton could be considered sexual harrasment if the person didnt want you to do it but its not rape rape is a horrible thing and do tell your friends what it really is, so they dont go around screaming “you raped me” when you touch there bellybutton or something
