Is this Love Real

I need help well this guy I like a lot came back around and I feel like its meant to be bc everytime he comes back around its like ok its meant to be the first time I met him was through a friend and me and this guy hit it off good and he was having problems with his girlfriend at the time an like he really started liking me but didnt want to have me some where were his heart was some where else so I backed off…and then we stopped talking and my birthday comes around he shows up and he didnt even know it was my birthday and I wasnt home and I guess he stopped by my house to see how I was doing and me and my girlfriend were at 7 elevan on my b day and I saw keith and I just felt like right there it was it but he still didnt know what to do about the girl at the time so we stopped talking agian and he messaged me on myspace saying im over her and I had a boyfriend when he came in and me an my boyfriend were having problems so I left my ex for this guy bc my boyfriend at the time was mentally abusive so its like I need to know if this love is real or it is fake bc he keeps coming around and I feel like he is the one…and like someone is trying to tell me hes the one HELP!!
